1st Assignment of BTEC Music

I'm Siyansa De Soysa from Gateway College Dehiwala. My 1st assignment is creativity to composition.

So we have to choose 5 topics/stimuli from 8 topics from the document Pearson sent us. This is Task 1

 

The Topics are:

After I chose these topics I had to create music for these 5 topics (each one 15-30 Seconds). After I create those 5 topics, I have to develop 2 topics and extend it to 1 minute or a little bit longer. This task 2

1. A Location

The first thing that came to my mind was Cleopatra. When I was in grade 3, I was Cleopatra, and we did a dance in school. So, I thought of creating Egyptian-sounding music for this picture. So I imagined a scenario where there is a dance and its main dancer is dressed as Cleopatra and the other dancers are dressed as pharaohs with masks. This track goes in the backgrounds
